For the annual Christmas in Washington show, First Lady Obama wore a vintage cocktail dress by Norman Norell a very well known American designer from the 1950's and 60's. Although this is not the first time a vintage Norell has been worn by a famous person, it is the first time a First Lady has worn vintage to such a media covered event. Purchased from Chelsea shop,
