Patterns

Vintage patterns are a combination of vintage fashion as well as DIY at its finest. Although, I am not the best seamstress, I do enjoy collecting vintage patterns if not just for the inspiration you can find on the front. Whenever I spot one especially if it's from the 1920s-1950s, I get very excited. Whether they are from McCall, Butterick, Simplicity or Vogue, a vintage pattern can be just as fun as an actual vintage piece.  Your local thrifts stores usually have a great amount and if you are looking for something specific try eBay and get busy to get crafty.
